KARAM GROUP was founded by H.E. Khalid Seediq, a dynamic and innovative Emirati.

Khalid has established his first company in 1979 in the UAE and 3 years later (1982) he expanded his activity to Europe creating a 500 employees company. Since then he has been very active in business by establishing and/or sponsoring a number of both local and foreign companies in the UAE in multiple sectors, working close with the UAE Government and Royal Family.

KARAM GLOBAL INVESTMENTS HOLDING (KGI) was created to be the innovation arm of the group, to nourish and develop Innovative Businesses and support Visionaire Entrepreneurs.

KGI is registered and headquartered in ADGM - Abu Dhabi Global Markets as a Private Investment Holding Company and, since then, it has been expanding across diverse business sectors, majorly focusing on 5 strategic verticals:
