Raul Silva

Raul Silva has over twenty-five years’ experience as a successful CEO and Board member across multiple sectors and markets, including the management of three investment holding companies. With a strong background in corporate management, investment funds, and international business, he is leading Karam Global Investments Holding (UAE) team to develop merger and acquisition strategies and listing initiatives. His industry experience spans from Mobility, AI, Robotics technology, and Financial Services.
Raul has an MBA from IGIA – ESSEC (France), a BA in Management and Business Administration from the Portuguese Catholic University, and an Executive Diploma in Corporate Finance from Columbia Business School in New York. Raul is frequently invited to participate as a speaker and lecturer in management and technology, at universities, conferences, and events across the globe.
Laszlo Toth
Co-Founder & Director
Laszlo Toth is a Hungarian-born entrepreneur who has dedicated over 36 years of his life to the Gulf Region. Mr. Toth is a pioneering figure in aviation, notably for laying the groundwork for Sports and Leisure Aviation in the GCC countries. Raised in Syria and educated in both American and Russian institutions, he possesses fluency in English, Russian, and Arabic. Additionally, he holds a DBA Diploma from Alfred Nobel University in Switzerland.
In 2012, the Hungarian Ministry of Economy appointed him as the Honorary Foreign Economy Counselor to the United Arab Emirates. Since 2016, he has achieved remarkable success in establishing Hungarian National Trade Houses in the UAE, Qatar, KSA, Oman, and Kuwait.
